The wedding will be held on Saturday,
September 12, 2026. Ceremony at Lone Mountain Ranch, then a tented reception right there on the property — basically one long, beautiful walk. Dress code: black tie optional, meaning dress up…but in your own effortlessly cool, Montana-meets-Ralph-Lauren way. This wedding does not have a lot of rules, but to our coastal friends: please, no cowboy hats.

We snagged a room block at The Wilson Hotel in Big Sky — just mention the Eavis–Evans wedding when you book, and you’re all set.

We’ve also reserved Lone Mountain Ranch for the whole weekend. Most guests will stay at the ranch, and we’ll handle assigning rooms there (and at The Wilson) based on what everyone needs. Promise — no bunk beds, no surprises, just making sure everyone ends up somewhere comfy.
Registry
Many of you are traveling across state lines to celebrate with us in Montana-which is honestly the greatest gift already.
